The Foundation
As soon as you sign up, you'll receive your log in to access our 3% Club Playbook and a link to book your Initial Strategy Session. We'll walk you through creating your overall marketing message (you'll use this for every piece of marketing content). We'll learn all about your business and your goals to determine how our system can best be customized for and used in your business. After the call, we'll provide you with an outline of your strategy and a checklist for next steps.
Create Your

Use our 3% Club Playbook to set up our marketing system - including email marketing, a social media scheduler, lead generator creation and more - for your business. We break it down into plain English step-by-step instructions that anyone can follow. Or...choose our Jump Start service and we'll set everything up for you and have you marketing like a pro in less than 2 weeks.

The key to marketing a small business is combining good, solid content that speaks directly to your ideal client with consistent action to present the content in a way that feels like a service rather than self-promotion. Join The 3% Club and choose our Done-For-You option and we'll act as your marketing department and handle everything for you. Or, join The Club and choose our Done-With-You option and receive fill-in-the-blanks templates and use your initial messaging that we helped you create to easily customize the content.

Just like you, we are a very small business - not some big corporate agency. Reach out via email anytime you get stuck or have a question. Our top priority is the success of our members and we keep The 3% Club small so we can be available to assist when needed. Many of our clients have a part-time employee handling their marketing content, so questions pop up often! We also make it easy for you to cancel at any time (30 days notice in writing) to fit your needs.
Your templates for each month will be uploaded into your client portal with instructions for how to customize (basically copy-and-paste then fill-in-the-blanks) for your business. We recommend setting aside 1 day each month or week to "batch schedule" (i.e. - do it all at once and schedule it to auto-post) your marketing content so you can run your business and let it work on auto-pilot. We do recommend checking in on social media comments weekly, but everything else can be scheduled ahead of time. We fondly refer to this as Marketing Day...and, yes...with our system, you really can do it in one day per month.

THE 3% CLUB
• As soon as you sign up, you'll receive log-in info for your client portal where you can schedule your Initial Strategy Session and access our 3% Club Playbook. During the strategy session, we'll learn about your business and goals and walk you through creating your client messaging that will be used in all of your marketing content. Your final messaging includes who you help, what problem you solve for them, the services/products you provide, your expertise and experience (why you are the best option to solve their problem), consequences they might face if they don't work with you, what their life will look like when they do work with you, the benefits they'll experience from working with you, your empathy for their problem, and the transformation they'll experience from working with you. This is a psychological deep dive to determine exactly what potential clients need and want to hear to choose you.
• Our marketing system is a robust integration of the most effective marketing actions for a small business. You'll need a clear and concise website, an email marketing set up, a library of articles on your website (blog), a lead generator to send to potential clients to give them a "sample" of what it's like to work with you, a plan for enhancing every detail of the client experience, a social media scheduler to efficiently use social media, and a plan for special events and promotions. To get set up, you can choose to use our 3% Club Playbook OR choose our Jump Start service to have it all done for you professionally and quickly. With the guide, we walk you step by step through setting up our system. With our Jump Start service, everything is handled for you from the beginning. Within as little as 10-14 days, you’ll be marketing like a pro with a system designed to attract new clients and increase the lifetime value of the ones you already have.
• This process will also take you through a client experience audit to make sure that once your amazing marketing takes effect and clients come to you, the experience they have creates stark-raving fans. This ensures that you aren't wasting time and money on bringing new clients in, only to lose them to a negative experience.
• If you choose Done-For-You, we'll handle all of your monthly marketing content - from creation to implementation. You'll have a lead generation system working on autopilot, a weekly email newsletter sent out, consistent social media posts, a library of articles on your website, and whatever special events and promotions we decide on together professionally implemented.
• If you choose Done-With-You, each month, you'll receive your monthly content templates on the 15th of the month, giving you plenty of time to get them set up and scheduled for the following month. You'll receive: a new blog post (an article to showcase your expertise and build SEO - help search engines find you - with lots of great keywords), 20+ social media posts, and 4 emails.
• Each month, you'll also be invited to our member call answering questions submitted from members, sharing member successes, and giving tips for customizing the templates for various types of businesses. With each set of templates, we'll also include ideas and examples for customizing for different types of businesses along with suggestions for images or graphics (we give great sources at sign up).
• Within the Playbook and through our monthly calls, you'll learn how to track basic analytics in plain English to determine what's working and should be doubled-down on and what can be changed. We reach out to you to remind you to do this each month.
• You will have the ability to email us with questions at any time. We know that a lot of our 3% Club members are solo-preneuers wearing all of the hats or very small businesses with a part-time employee implementing your marketing and we are here to support that.
• Because we work in 90-day increments, we only require notice to cancel prior to the start of following quarter (basically...cancel any time for the next quarter). We are a small business like you and we are run by humans who care so a simple email is all that is needed to cancel.
A TYPICAL MONTH IN THE 3% club
STEP ONE: Choose EITHER The 3% Club membership OR Jump Start services. If you choose to DIY your marketing system set-up, choose The 3% Club and you will receive our step-by-step 3% Club Playbook to set up our system on your own. If you would like for us to handle your set-up, choose Jump Start and we will send you a link to join The 3% Club when your services are complete.
STEP TWO: After check out, you will receive an email with your log-in information to access our scheduling system to book your 1-on-1 Strategy Session. Your copy of The 3% Club Playbook will be available immediately in your client portal. Appointments for Strategy Sessions are usually available within 1-2 weeks.
