For new Inner Circle members, a full Jump Start service is usually required since all aspects of our marketing system work together and the content and design of your website are a crucial part of the system. However, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis and the Jump Start is discounted accordingly. If you have a fairly new/well worded website, let us know when you apply and we'll review it to give our recommendation on whether our system will be effective without a new website.

It can vary depending on the type of business, the stage of your business and how well you implement our inside recommendations (client experience upgrades, special events and promotions). Most of our clients see results within the first 30 days and find that the results are cummulative the longer you use the system.
Additionally, we provide you with a plain-English monthly analytics report to see exactly what's working and can be doubled-down on and what needs to be changed.
Because we work 30-60 days ahead on your content, we require 60 days notice in writing to cancel. If you decide to cancel, simply send us an email.
No problem...we'll talk through all things marketing during your intitial strategy session. If there is something you want to add and it is within our expertise, we'll give you a quote to add it on.
